EW-111 - Brown Gathered Steampunk Skirt with Belt Detail

This short steampunk skirt is heavily ruched and gathered, to the point where the back looks a little like a bustle skirt but without the length. It has volume and it certainly has personality. You can wear this as a casual skirt or as part of an elaborate cosplay outfit, or both. There is a belt and buckle detail to add extra interest and the cotton cambric fabric has a nice steampunk-ish, old-fashioned texture.
